These terms apply to text messages (SMS and MMS) sent by PRIMECREW Solutions LLC ("PRIMECREW Solutions").
1. Program description
PRIMECREW Solutions sends text messages to clients, prospective clients, and job applicants who have agreed to receive them. Messages are sent from 401.443.3304 or another PRIMECREW Solutions business phone number.
2. Types of messages you may receive
Customer care: Replies to your inquiries, two-way conversations with our team, staffing coordination, crew schedules and confirmations, service updates, and outage or emergency-response updates.
Account notifications: For job applicants and new hires: application status, interview scheduling, onboarding materials, and other employment-related updates.
Marketing: Announcements about our services, crew availability, and offers.
3. How you opt in
You opt in by checking the SMS consent box on our website contact form at https://www.primecrewsolutions.com/contact. Consent is not a condition of purchase or employment.
4. Message frequency and cost
Message frequency varies. Message & data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your plan.
5. How to opt out
You can opt out at any time. Reply STOP (or END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT, or STOPALL) to any message. We will send one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further texts. To opt back in, reply START.
